Technical Features :

• Horizontal above ground and fitted on legs MS Construction.
• Prevent pellet breakage, the pellets are ‘coaxed’ rather than forced through the discharge system, movement of pellets are extremely gentle to maintain pellet quality and minimize fines.
• Double chain type fitted with Metal or Rubber Flights, continuously driven through a Geared Motor.

Automation Features :

• Analytics related to total working hours available on HMI live status screen.
• High and Low Digital sensor are fitted to control bed height of pellet cooler.
• The Driving Geared Motor runs on VFD to control the speed as set under PLC.
• All Analog and Digital sensors are connected to PLC.
• With AUTO mode, this equipment is interlocked to sync with other equipment.
• On screen manual start/stop feature available to this equipment.
