The robust design to withstand the heavy loading on the hammer mill while grinding, the hammer mill designed with an extremely heavy-duty base frame, the mass of the hammer mill absorbs any vibrations while the stiffness of the frame allows a very small clearance between hammer and screen to achieve specific grinding requirement.

- Function : To extract fines & raw materials as coming out from Hammer Mill.
- Interconnecting ducts and air control valve.

- Bag Filter bottom Rotary Valve fitted with “Y” Chute for collection of dust in bags.
- Air Cyclone bottom fitted with Rotary Air Lock Valve to discharge raw material into Redler Conveyor.
- Bag Filter bottom Rotary Valve fitted with “Y” Chute for collection of dust in bags.
- Device mode : The device controls are designed to work in both automatic and manual modes.
Advanced Control Panel With Automation Features :
- Feeding rate to Hammer Mill controlled by PLC.
- Analytics related to total working hours available on HMI live status screen.
- Main Motor and Geared Motor runs on DOL, Star Delta or VFD system, as per automation requirement to control speed.
- With AUTO mode, this equipment is interlocked to sync with other equipment.
- On screen manual start/stop feature available to this equipment.
